HeatDock operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). HeatDock is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Because orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun.

Products purchased through HeatDock are intended primarily for personal or household use unless otherwise expressly stated.

For orders shipped to the United States, estimated delivery is generally approximately 7–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Except where required by applicable law, HeatDock does not accept returns or issue refunds solely because a customer changed their mind, accidentally purchased a product, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product after delivery.

However, purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and HeatDock.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from HeatDock and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, or transactions between you and HeatDock.
